By creating a report based on the correct report type, questions arise that need to be answered and - if desired - tasks that need to be followed up. De module Activiteitenbeheer dient ter ondersteuning van taken en agendapunten (afspraken) die door een gebruiker moeten worden uitgevoerd.

Binnen de software wordt de term ‘activiteit’ gebruikt voor zowel een taak als een agendapunt. Activiteiten kunnen worden gekoppeld aan diverse processen en stamgegevens (bijvoorbeeld relaties of artikelen).

In deze procestabel zijn twee opties van invloed op de module Activiteitenbeheer: 'Mag alle activiteiten beheren' en 'Actief binnen activiteiten'.

Naast de MKG-taakbalk en de taakbalk Snelzoeken is de taakbalk Todo beschikbaar aan de linkerzijde van het scherm.
