New User Group field for Notifications and Notification Types

The User Group field has been added to notification types and notifications. This field can be filled next to or instead of Owner. Users with the property 'Allowed to Manage All Notifications' = false will from now on only receive the see notifications that they own, or notifications where they are a member of the user group.

On the 'Notifications' tab within processes, these users also see the notifications, but only have access to underlying activities. In this case, they are not allowed to change the notification itself, but only consult it.

Please note!
The Shop Floor currently still shows all linked notifications of a process, regardless of the owner or user group.
