From Now On, Demand Will Be Determined Automatically at Add Link

From now on, the Demand field will be automatically determined on the sub-assembly and on the purchase order line with the 'Add Link' functionality. If Input is less than Advice, Demand will automatically be set to true. This will maintain the demand if it is not fully met.
