BI Consultant
Work area: Hengelo, 40 hours per week. Due to the healthy growth of our company, we are immediately looking for a BI consultant. Location: Hengelo.

What will you do?

 

In this varied role, you are responsible for guiding, instructing, and supporting customers and consultants to meet customer information needs.

  • Informing, instructing, and guiding users regarding the use of the MKG package, specifically in the area of information provision.
  • Analyzing the information request and translating it into a solution in the MKG software. This is done using reporting tools, such as Xtra Reports, but also with dynamic screen interfaces.
  • Supporting colleagues with questions in the field of business intelligence.
  • Process monitoring and reporting in time and activities for billing & customer.

What do we expect from you?

  • Analytical, expert, calm, pragmatic, and convincing.
  • Higher professional/university working and thinking level.
  • A few years of relevant work experience with implementing ERP software and/or experience in the metal industry combined with ERP is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, professional, not a 9-5 mentality
  • Quality-driven, customer-oriented, and decisive.
  • Of course, you have good communication skills (Dutch).
