What will you do?

As a business consultant, you have a challenging and dynamic role where responsibility and personal initiative play an important role. Your goal is to perfectly align the ERP software with both the processes of the internal organization and the involved parties in the chain.

You will spend 4 days a week on account management, implementations, and optimizations. Together with the client, you will plan improvement projects over time. Where necessary, you will engage colleagues to support you. Additionally, 1 day a week is reserved as a team day at our Hengelo office, where you can brainstorm and share knowledge with your colleagues. This way, we keep our expertise up-to-date, share best practices with each other, and secure our added value. During your client visits:

• you advise clients on business processes and provide solutions for them;
• you inventory the client's wishes and tailor the implementation or optimization accordingly;
• you implement the solutions or act as a project leader and manage other consultants;
• you provide instructions to users;
• you act as a point of contact for a regional group of clients.

What do we expect from you?

• You are able to apply business principles practically within an organization.
• You have excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• You have an academic working and thinking level (HBO or WO).
• You have good communication skills (Dutch).
• You have affinity with the manufacturing industry.
• You possess a practical mindset and have a hands-on mentality.
• You are capable of understanding complex processes and devising pragmatic solutions.
• You are willing to travel to clients within the Netherlands and are flexible in your working hours.
