Setup time in planning was too high after creating hours record

If hours with the property 'Setup' = true were recorded, it could happen that the setup time in the planning was incorrectly increased. This only occurred with the following administration settings:

• 'Approach PC Setup Time as Operating Time' = true
• Remaining Time based on = 'Planning time minus Spent time'
• 'Process Planning Advice directly from Time Registration' = true
• From Hour Status = 'Initial' | 'All'
