Issue immediately or change reservation of CLR article via button Material issue

The functionality of the Material Issue button has been enhanced:

• If the PC material line contains an item with a closed lot registration, but does not yet have a reservation, a pop-up window opens in which a lot (and possibly a location) can be selected. This new reservation will be issued immediately.
• If the PC material line contains an item with closed lot registration and is also reserved, a pop-up window opens in which the reservation is visible. Here the reservation can still be adjusted (Lot, Location, Quantity, Requirement provided), before it is issued.
