Logout line when taking over session will now be shown in Logbook

We have made some improvements to the Logbook. When a session is taken over by another user, a logout line, from the first user, is now shown in the logbook. In addition, the options 'Copy', 'New', 'Cancel', and 'Save' have been removed from the logbook, because these options were redundant.
