Sales order number will now be automatically increased

Previously, when multiple users created a sales order at the same time, the following message could appear: "Sales order 'xxxxxxxx' already exists in the system. 184". If a user now saves a sales order where the sales order number is already in use, the number will be automatically increased from now on. This happens both when creating a sales order manually and when creating a sales order via the Quote List and Forecast List.

 

Please note! If the sales order number is manually adjusted so that it no longer matches the prefix no., it will not be automatically incremented and error message 184 will appear.
