Fixed functionality to change fixed cost price

In version 005.081.005 and earlier, it was possible to change the fixed cost price of an item, even when there was a stock value and/or stock quantity present. This has now been fixed, allowing the fixed cost price to be changed under the same conditions as in previous versions.
