Improved notification for production readiness reporting

When reporting the completion of a production order that was already ready, an unclear message used to appear. Now the notification is displayed more clearly: "Production order 'xxxxxx', semi-finished product 'x': No more numbers may be reported ready. Number of ready notifications has already been completed.
