Wish: Remove entire order from planning / multiselect

Removing operations and orders from order planning has changed. Three options can now be selected under the delete icon:

• Remove operation from schedule: This removes only the selected operation from the schedule
• Remove order from planning: Removes the entire selected order from the planning
• Remove all orders from planning: Removes all orders selected in the order planning
