New: Relation dashboard (9343)

In the Relationships menu, the Relation dashboard module has been added.

In this module, 3 lists are displayed: Relationships, Addresses and Contacts. This module is particularly suitable for obtaining a total overview of all Addresses and Contacts. Searches can be used to filter these lists.

Note: This module is initially available only for Users with the property Administrator = true, for other users access can be given via the Authorisation view. (MKG3 has no authorisation, there the module is therefore only available to Users with the Administrator = true property)
