Push messages from MKG via the software

In this version we have added functionality that makes it possible to receive messages via the MKG software. These can be alerts that appear at the bottom right of the screen, but also pop-up dialog boxes and even web browser windows that appear in the middle of the screen. Messages may include maintenance notifications, version updates, tips and news. Some messages will be required and cannot be disabled, while others via Theme » 'Messages...' can be disabled.
