Notification adjusted when logging in if the number of licenses has been exceeded

If a user who was not yet logged in logged in when the number of licenses had been exceeded, the following question would incorrectly appear: "The number of user licenses has been exceeded. You are already logged in to MKG. Would you like to take over this license?" We have adjusted this.

• If a user who is not yet logged in now logs in when the number of licenses has been exceeded, the message "The number of user licenses has been exceeded" will appear on the login screen.
• If a user who is already logged in logs in while the number of licenses has been exceeded, the question will appear: "The number of user licenses has been exceeded. You are already logged in to MKG. Do you want to take over this license?"
