Notification type for batch assignment changed

The notification. "Broker: Process <PID> is stopped because it is no longer linked to a batch assignment." occurs when a mkgagent.exe task is found whose PID does not appear in a batch command (rptb_pid), for example after a user in MKG has deleted the batch assignment record. This message was of the 'Error' type. We have changed the type of this notification to 'Info', so that an automatic e-mail will no longer be sent for this notification.
