Manual Rate and Currency Rate can no longer be used within the Payment

The rate entered on the 'Price Overview' tab of the purchase invoice will be shown in the payment. This rate could be changed via the Manual Rate and Currency Rate fields. Because this could cause incorrect operation, these fields can no longer be used.
