Price Agreement Counters Did Not Always Show the Correct Value

The counters in the 'Sales Price Agreements' and 'Purchase Price Agreements' sections did not always show a correct value. We have improved this. In addition, existing user settings from the 'Sales' and 'Purchase' tabs are removed so that the correct settings are applied.
