Improvement of Authorization at Group Level

MKG contains a number of tables and modules and services that a user, unless he or she is an administrator, does not have access to by default. Access can be given at user level via the Authorization Overview. However, it seemed as if this access could also be arranged at group level; however, adjustments were not saved or not applied. From now on it is no longer possible to adjust the red cross for groups. One of the following tooltips will then appear:

• Authorization for this document may not be adjusted at group level.
• Authorization for this service may not be adjusted at the group level.

The above applies to all BCO tables and modules and to the following services:

• Items » Adjust Item Code, Update Value and Quantity, Delete Reservations, Adjust Inventory Group
• Operations » Adjust Operation
• Creditors » Change Creditor no.
• Debtors » Change Debtor no.
• Financial Transactions » Change Journal Entry
• Employees » Change Employee no.
• CRM » Adjust Relation no.
