Values Were Not Always Recalculated after Selection Changes

In various places in MKG, values were not always recalculated if a different selection was chosen in a certain field. For example, the value of the Show Prices based on field on the 'Summary' tab of a BOM line was not changed if fields were adjusted somewhere in the BOM so that the values in the summary would have to be changed. We have resolved this.
