MKG Update Process Improved

In certain situations, certain parts of the installation may not run correctly, such as closing certain processes to complete the update. The closing of these processes has now been adjusted and improved. There is a longer waiting time to actually close the process.

As part of the MKG update process, the MKG application service must be stopped and restarted. In some cases it was not possible to stop the Tomcat layer (as part of this service) in time. This caused an error situation, where the MKG update was aborted. We now use a more direct method to stop this Tomcat layer. Tests have shown that this method works better.
