After the adjustment of the update procedure in version 75, which means that the database is no longer stopped during an update if this is not necessary, the waiting time of 1 minute has remained when restarting the database, even if this was not necessary. From now on, this waiting period will no longer be applied if the database has not been stopped, so an update takes less time.
