Memo fields using formulas are now correctly populated when created via the API

If the parameter list has not yet been calculated when creating a notification, it is now calculated at that point. This parameter list is used when executing formulas. As a result, memo fields that use formulas are now correctly populated when created via the API. This was already the case in the client, and now also via the API.
