Type 'Question (yes/no)' added when creating user process notifications

It is now possible to create a user process notification that presents a question with the answer options 'Yes', 'No', or 'Cancel'. For this purpose, the types 'Question (yes/no)' and 'Question (yes/no/cancel)' have been added. With these types, you have the option to block a service (action). When executing the action, the question will then appear.
