Group titles on the MKG Homepage are displayed in the user's language

Previously, the group titles on the MKG Homepage were initially not displayed in the language you had set (or for a new user: in that user's language). Only after performing 'Restore default' were the group titles translated. We have improved this. Group titles are now translated immediately unless you have customized them yourself. In that case, the customized group titles are used (as before).
