ICL code for Northern Ireland added

For proper processing in MKG, the country code for Northern Ireland (XI) has now been added to the Country Codes table. The property 'EU country' must be checked here. Revenue to Northern Ireland will thus be recorded in the same way as revenue to EU countries. In the VAT return, the revenue will be reported in Box 3b and the deliveries will be visible in the ICP declaration.

Please note!
Separate rules apply to Northern Ireland regarding VAT and ICP declarations. For VAT, it is considered an EU country when it comes to the supply of goods. This does not apply to services. For the supply of services, Northern Ireland is treated as a non-EU country (so-called third country) for VAT purposes. With this setup, both goods and services will be included in Box 3b and visible in the ICP declaration. However, this does not yet work correctly for services! We will develop a solution for this at a later time.
