Improved control of processed transactions in the selected VAT year

It could occur that the message "Administration 'x', fiscal year 'xxxx': VAT period 'x' cannot be closed because there are still unprocessed transactions in the period." appeared if not all financial transactions had been processed within the chosen VAT year. This message still referred to the fiscal year and not to the VAT year. We have improved the control of processed transactions in the selected VAT year.
