The Integration
During loading The driver selects a packing slip, checks the loaded items, sets the status to loaded, and synchronizes in real-time. A barcode scanner accelerates this process, with pallet stickers marking all packing slips as loaded. If a packing slip from the sales order is missing, the app alerts.
During delivery
Select the customer and the packing slip(s); the content appears for unloading. Sign off all packing slips in the app with one signature; the app returns to the customer overview. The packing slip is emailed to the customer and synchronized in MKG, allowing immediate invoicing. No peak load or delay in administration, thus more efficient use of FTE.
