How to import files from a SharePoint location

In this article, we explain how to import files from a SharePoint location into MKG. This can be relevant for both internal and external documents.

 

 

It can be useful to import files stored in SharePoint into MKG. For internal documents, this can be helpful, for example, when processing the bank. And if an external party can place files in SharePoint, it is relevant to import these external documents.

 

Importing from a SharePoint location

 

1 Ensure that the files are stored in SharePoint.
2 Go to the Import Scripts module and open an import script.
3 Enter the desired file locations stored in SharePoint in the following fields:
  • File
  • Transformation file
  • Folder for imported file

 

 

Note!
It is important that all file locations you enter here start with “SharePoint:”.
