MKG Service Module from McMain Software

The MKG Service Module offers a seamless solution for MKG customers who not only deliver machines but also provide maintenance services. Do you work with a team of technicians who regularly visit customer locations to maintain the delivered installations? Then this is the application for you. Once a technician has completed their work, they register all activities, used materials, and hours in our maintenance management system, McMain Online. After this registration, a project number, sales order, and production order are automatically created in MKG. These orders contain detailed information about the hours worked and the materials consumed. For accurate and efficient invoicing, this data is essential. The automatic registration ensures that you can quickly and easily create and send an invoice to your own customers, reducing administrative burdens and minimizing the risk of errors. Also, debtor information and contact details are synchronized from MKG to McMain as master data. This means that all important information is always up-to-date in both systems, increasing efficiency and ensuring consistent administration. With this integration, we offer a complete solution that simplifies your daily operations and streamlines administrative processes.
