Planning divergent calendars is changed

The deviating calendars tab works differently than before.
Each line can indicate whether the deviating calendar period concerns a deviation with regard to the duty roster or the number of resources. This must be indicated in separate lines.
Previously, it was not possible for periods with a deviating calendar to overlap. This has now been changed. Deviating calendars regarding number of resources can now overlap. The number no longer reflects the number valid in the specified period, but the difference. This way, in case of overlap, the differences are added together and processed. Negative numbers can therefore also be entered. A number of -1 is thus processed as a decrease of 1 on the resource number. Furthermore, deviating calendars in terms of number can overlap with periods with deviating duty rosters. However, periods with deviating duty rosters cannot overlap with each other.

Conversion
When installing the version, deviating calendars with number are changed to the number difference. This difference is automatically calculated based on the number of the resource minus the number of the deviating calendar. If a deviating calendar, deviates by number and by duty schedule, 2 new lines are created. 1 with the delta and 1 with the deviating duty roster.
