'Change' option no longer available for External Memo with formatting

In a column within a list, you can select the 'Change' option. This allows you to change the data of the selected column for either a selected line or all lines. For the External Memo with formatting, this option was incorrectly available and is now no longer accessible via the columns in the list. If 'Memo with Formatting' is not used, the option remains available as usual.
