Translation of memos using AI is done via the LCID code of the language

If a memo needs to be translated into the employee's language, as recorded in the Employees table, this can be done using the AI text function. From now on, this function always uses the LCID code of the language recorded in the Language Codes table. If this code is not filled in, then the Language from this table is used.
