API release: create purchase invoice with additional costs and purchase specifications

It is now possible to create a purchase invoice with additional costs and purchase specifications in a single call. On the purchase invoice, it is possible to perform a GET/POST/DEL. More information can be found in the Data Dictionary: tables 'ifch', 'ifcr', 'ifcs', and 'ifco'.
