Validation of provided VAT no. when filing EU Sales Listing

When filing the EU Sales Listing, the VAT numbers are now validated against the correct format at the time of sending. If a VAT number on a line to be submitted does not conform to the valid format, the following message will appear: "Invalid VAT number for debtor with number 'xxxxx' and country code 'XX'."
