AI functionality: the 'Ferro' smart assistant

Meet Ferro, our smart assistant. Ferro is ready to answer questions about your data in MKG. You can easily activate Ferro via the question mark at the bottom right in MKG and start asking questions and giving commands immediately. Currently, Ferro can do the following for you:

• Open modules, for example 'Open the Items module'
• Show information about a specific item, for example 'Give me information about sales order X', 'What is the phone number of contact Y' or 'What is the inventory of item Z'
• Show information based on a characteristic, for example 'Show all contacts from city X'
• Show specific data related to a certain subject, for example 'Make a list of all addresses of contact X' or 'Give me all sales orders of debtor X from 2026'

Additionally, you can open an extra section via Open canvas, the rightmost button next to Ferro's question input area. If this canvas is active and you ask a question about a specific item (see point 2 above), additional information will be displayed here.

 

Note! Ferro only has access to information stored in MKG to which the user also has access. If a user is not authorized for a certain module, they will not receive information when asking questions about that module.

 

 

To use Ferro, the option 'May use smart assistant' must be checked. This checkbox can be enabled or disabled per user.
