It is now possible to enable logging per API application

It is now possible to enable logging per API application. From now on, seconds are also displayed in the time field. Additionally, the following (HTTP) status codes are logged:

• 200 Status OK: correct call
• 404 Not Found: incorrect call
• 422 Unprocessable Entity: contains errors in the call
