'Change VAT Schedule' and 'Datev' are no longer visible in the Dutch VAT model

Initially, the functions Change VAT Schedule and Datev (disabled) were visible in the module Financial Transactions, even when working with the Dutch VAT model. Since these functions can only be used in the Belgian and German VAT models respectively, the functions will henceforth only be shown in the VAT model to which they apply.
