LDM user fields and process notifications with a condition on a logical field must always use 1/0

For a User LDM field or a process notification where there is a condition on a logical field, you must now always use a 1 or a 0 as the value. Previously, this was true or false. Existing User LDM fields and process notifications where true or false are defined will continue to function as before.
