Collectively purchasing sales order lines via the API

The API action s_createpurchaseorder has been expanded and now also supports multiselect, allowing multiple sales order lines to be processed into a purchase order at once. Lines with the same preferred supplier are grouped into a single purchase order. Lines with different suppliers are automatically split into separate purchase orders.
