Memo in 'Rejection Reason' was cleared after changing sales quote line

For a sales quote line, the memo in 'Rejection Reason' always displays the memo associated with the most recent Reject or No Order action, even if a new current status arises afterward due to a change (such as 'reason for rejection'). Adjusting the line creates a new status line for the sales quote line. This previously resulted in an empty memo field.
