Splitting forecast sales orders when provisioning via the Production List is no longer possible

A forecast sales order that was split into multiple production orders when provisioning via the Production List could not subsequently be converted into a sales order. Because there must always be a one-to-one link between a forecast order and a production order, it is therefore no longer possible to split when provisioning a forecast sales order via the Production List.
