'Fully Issued' status added to 'Reservation Availability' field

A new status 'Fully Issued' has been added to the Reservation Availability field on the sales order line. When a production order was reported financially ready, the property on the sales order line changed to 'No Active Reservation'. This gave an incorrect impression of the sales order and suggested that further action was still required for this sales order line.
