VAT codes 44, 54, and 64 could not be selected for VAT option 'Amount on which turnover tax is calculated'

In the Belgian VAT model, it was not possible to select VAT codes 44, 54, and 64 for entries where the VAT option 'Amount on which turnover tax is calculated' applied.
