Improved App: more visible production orders when registering hours

With the latest update of the App, the number of visible production orders when registering hours has been increased from 10 to 100. This makes it easier and faster to register hours via the App.

After selecting the 'Load more...' option at the bottom of the list, up to 100 more production orders will be shown. This allows you to view and select even more production orders.
